Hi Rod, Make sure you have gcc-c++ installed, most likely version 4.4.1. Here is what I have: gcc-c++-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 gcc-doc-pdf-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 gcc-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 libgcc1-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 manbo-mandriva-files-gcc-c++-4.4.1-1mnb2 manbo-mandriva-files-gcc-4.4.1-1mnb2 gcc-objc++-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 gcc-cpp-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 gcc-objc-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 gcc-doc-4.4.1-4.1mnb2 Also, FYI. g++ command /usr/bin/g++ will be a softlink to the binary /etc/alternatives/g++ which is another softlink pointing to /usr/bin/gcc-4.4.1 Maybe too much info but it makes it easier to install multiple versions of gcc.
