I think I used /dev/lp0 there. Is it incorrect?

I found that one while looking for documentation on Jetdirect.
I will test this tomorrow.

I've tried with a Canon Smartbase MPC190, but the usb printer kernel
module does not load at startup. I think this is because it is not
recognized by the kernel as a printer. It is a multifunction with
scanner/printer/copier.
