Even if you are doing a lot of graphics processing,
it may cost a lot less and be easier to manage if you have
a really high powered server or even a pair of servers
and use thin clients with Terminal Server or something similar.
Managing 150 workstations each powerful enough to run the 
flight simulator decently could end up costing quite a bit 
as PCs need to be replaced over time.
