Looks like this will do what I want so I guess I'll bite the bullet and set up a Linux system ;-) I've been BSD only for about 5 years now - does anyone have a comment on distro preference? Last time I used Linux it was Debian - heard good things about Gentoo, but I don't want to spend a lot of time pulling my hair out - any one experience better than the other? Can I do a custom splash I wonder?
