There are a few places that could sell you all of the downloadable Red Hat
6.2 updates (security patches,bugfixes,etc) all on a cd that would probably
be shippable to where you are (sweden).

How fast is it? Are there any other internet accesss technologys such as
satellite available?

No, Red Hat 7.x is buggy. 8.0 is even worse.
