WS and external display/monitor

Hi all,

finally yesterday I installed RH ES 3 WS :) AT the moment everything
work fine, except my external display, a NEC MultiSync LCD1860NX.
My system is a NEC laptop, Versa P440 with a Nvidia Geforce 2 Go graphic
chip. I am using the nv driver from redhat, NOT the nvidia driver from
nvidia.com.
If I connect my display to my laptop, I only see a scratched window,
with nice colors :), but not my gnome screen.

My system is fully updated, and I already tried the default VGA driver
and different settings for my display, but everytime I see only this dam
scratched windows :(

I used before RedHat 8, 9 and Slackware 9 and of course it worked.

An ideas ?
