Florian, Updating /etc/modules.conf, then running mkinitrd FIXED the problem. Thanks. Is this documented somewhere? > On Wed, Oct 15, 2003 at 07:40:37AM -0700, Bradley Schmidt wrote: > We installed beta2 with disks 8000-8003, 8fff. However, even after setting the files and running zipl, we are still getting 8000-8003,8fff. > > What else do we need to change? Where is this information stored? You have to use mkinitrd to create a new /boot/initrd* file as the information is copied into it without any way to override it. greetings, Florian La Roche -- Taroon-beta-list mailing list [email protected] http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/taroon-beta-list
