They will if they see your fstab, although general support consensus is more
of "what os are you running?" which is sufficient most of the time.

The problem here is that they then _asume_ (asuming is evil) that the DB is
located on ext3 or a rawdevice. Chances are that they will ask you about
mount options, disk drivers and fstab entries.

So if you tell them it's on ReiserFS they won't support you, if you keep
quiet about it the problem might not be solved.

SuSE. Although I don't know the entire certification list they have
Reiserfs, JFS and XFS.

I personally use a lot of XFS filesystems and used to run Progress on top of
them with good success. In the 1.5 year the machine ran we never had a
filesystem related error in Progress. Apart from shooting myself in the foot
sometimes... :-)
