Ok that#s the better position for update_rpms. Can you assure that there is no syntax error in the sys.tcf where SYS_UPDATE_RPM_LOCATION is defined ?? update_rpms uses -F (freshen ) not -U (upgrade). If none of such rpms in SYS_UPDATE_RPM_LOCATION is installed on the system, update_rpms won't do anything :-( Greetings JÃŒrgen - -- JÃŒrgen Henge-Ernst Phone: +49 (0)6196/50 95 1-32 SuSE Linux AG Fax: +49 (0)6196/40 96 07 Mergenthaler Allee 45-47 Mobile: +49 (0)177 /26 74 748 65760 Eschborn, Germany EMail: [email protected] -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8rBybwIwzBbM848kRApL7AJ94TCfxu13U5cy3SBWUWlWp6uKV8wCdFaMk O0qDWJuQi0KJ+IoOUodErLo= =Jr0J -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
