Re: ftape sh ./insert results

Before I did the insert, I had already done a build from the source code.
I ended up with 6 warnings so figuring sometimes warnings are harmless I
tried the insert on the module that was in the /tmp/ftape-4.x-y/modules
subdirectory and got all of these unresolved symbols.  The kernel header
files match the kernel in use on this machine too.
