hi,

as you might have noticed by the commits i did today that i tried to
unify the copyright headers in the scripts (for now only the toplevel
files in server/ and client/ but i would like to go on with this for all
files). the format is in a way that it should be easy to comprehend the
history of a file from its header.

one file i couldnt really make out from where or how the existing
copyright header was assembled is client/screen-x-common. it apparently
lists jim with a date of 2002 as the original author at the very top,
has a Canonical LTD. boilerplate a bit lower and between these two lists
warren and vagrant as authors in 2008. the file never existed in the
earlier ltsp5 trees (or i'm really blind) so the canonical boilerplate
is surely wrong. i also belive that it wasnt created by jim in 2002
(since it entered the code tree only in 2008) nor can i find any trace
of warren having ever committed to that code ...
the first commit i can see is from vagrant on march 21st 2008, with some
later commits from scott and gadi. can someone enlighten me about the
header which imho should rather look like below:

---
#
# Copyright (c) 2008 Vagrant Cascadian <[email protected]>
#
# 2008, Scott Balneaves <[email protected]>
# Gideon Romm <[email protected]>
#
---

ciao
	oli
