At that point in busybox, try:
nbd-client 192.168.67.1 -N /opt/ltsp/i386 /dev/nbd0
Change 192.168.67.1 to your server IP,
and i386 to amd64, if your installation is 64bit.
If this command works, it's a problem with your DHCP configuration.
If it doesn't, it's a problem with your NBD configuration.
