Re: Reliable firmware

Yeah, the Linksys AP is great, I have one of those for my own use. 
But, my parents are in an area without any broadband options, so the
modem is a big feature on the Actiontec box.

Is my experience with the Actiontec modem locking up typical of others
experience?   That's really the only problem I have with the
Actiontec.  As long as it would operate reliably, it does everything I
need out of that type of device.. I have another Linux server behind
it to do more complex tasks.
