1.6 What not to expect from Linux

Yes, please include the fact that things will crash in GNU/Linux, so
there are no crazy expectations. I can list a number of crashes I've
had with GNU/Linux apps. Most people will not be running a Linux server
in init 3.

5.1 Linux equivalents to Windows programs

I don't know if this was mentioned, but AOL users and NetZero/Juno users
are SOL when it comes to using their accounts with GNU/Linux. I heard
Lindows "might" be trying to work something out with NetZero, though.
As soon as NetZero has a Linux version, that's when my mom will be moved
over.

Then you might want to explain what choices they have --> broadband,
DSL, Earthlink or a local ISP.

Also, please hammer home that even a Windows user should check the Linux
HCLs if they don't want to lock themselves further into Windows.
