I can list a number of crashes I've had with GNU/Linux apps. Most people will not be running a Linux server in init 3. 5.1 Linux equivalents to Windows programs http://linuxshop.ru/linuxbegin/win-lin-soft-en/ I don't know if this was mentioned, but AOL users and NetZero/Juno users are SOL when it comes to using their accounts with GNU/Linux. I heard Lindows "might" be trying to work something out with NetZero, though. As soon as NetZero has a Linux version, that's when my mom will be moved over. Then you might want to explain what choices they have --> broadband, DSL, Earthlink or a local ISP. Also, please hammer home that even a Windows user should check the Linux HCLs if they don't want to lock themselves further into Windows.
