I'm just saying it sucks to wait. I'm worse than a kid in a candy store, but at the same time we are in a stale mate for many things, or the chicken and the egg (however you wanna say it). Can't have one without the other. But I guess the point I'm trying to make with all this is it's silly that we are having this much issue doing simple things. Do we have a proper flow that we should be following, or are we still running ad-hoc ? I've just been picking and pecking away at a ppc tree but am still a bit hesitant to start going full out on things as there are still very many pieces of the picture to fall into place, and while I respect all the efforts we are making towards doing things in an orderly fashion, it's a damned slow process, which makes it difficult to retain enthusiasm towards keeping trees going that (literally) 4 people are using. Either we run the tree for 4 people by 4 people ( a lot of work ) or we let things get stale and just toss it and start afresh when things are rolling. Mark
