Fw: Solution to bugs 525424 & 565365

Emacs hangs (in my office machine) using the function
ilisp-arglist-message-lisp-space (using spacebar after a function
name. The hang last 5-10 seconds. The following path seems to
remove this behaviour.
 
 ilisp-snd.el is the file edited by me and ilisp-snd.old.el is the one that
comes with the ilisp-5.12.0 distribution:
 
 diff ilisp-snd.el ilisp-snd.old.el

<               (sit-for 0 1 t)
---
>            ;; (sit-for 0)  ; 19990912 Pretty useless.

There is a mention to this problem in the file HISTORY, line 588.
A similar trick is used in other files in ilisp.
