Announce: LISA 2.0 Beta 2

The second beta release of LISA 2.0 is available. There are numerous
significant changes, including a complete implementation of truth
maintenance (negated patterns are now allowed). The release notes in the
distribution have details, along with the updated reference manual. Make
sure you check the documentation before using this release, as there are
semantic changes in the API that will potentially break existing code.

I plan on implementing the EXISTS conditional element for the next beta,
then 2.0 will have its first production release.
