RE: scheme wikis cometh

I've made a number of changes to the Cookbook related to the copyright,
specifically:

   * On the LGPL page, clarified the way in which the terms "source code",
"object code" and "the library" apply to the Cookbook.  Note that similar
definitions are required simply to apply the LGPL to the Cookbook, i.e.
they're not just needed because of the compilation copyright.

   * Added a CookbookFAQ entry about the FDL, which incidentally describes
why the LGPL makes sense for contributions.

   * Changed the name of the CopyRight page to ContributorAgreement.

I've also added some paragraphs to the front of BeingPltSpecific.

Let me know if I've missed anything.

I will post an announcement on c.l.s. later today (i.e. after some sleep).
I'd like to make it a little bit of a sales pitch, including e.g.
information about the number of chapters and recipes already in the cookbook
(174 recipes in 20-odd chapters).
