If he could supposedly solved it from cPanel, then cPanel seems involved. Perhaps this is solely a cPanel issue. How his modifications to the cPanel affect exim?

When speaking on Message-ID, what message-ID are you referring to? To clarify, 1st message in possibly related thread ( https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/40933411617559-Message-from-host-google-com-sometimes-duplicate-delivery-with-same-Message-ID-Exim ) highlights the google message ID [email protected]. And some lines of the logs there also have a message ID of the form 1wUU4Q-0000000CC28-0QSy. The later is the exim message ID. If I am not mistaken, it looks as if the duplicated messages have a different exim message ID. Which might point out that, as far as exim is concerned, they are different messages.

Does what I am referring to exim message ID is referred by you as Exim queue ID?
