No it is not cPanel. I do not use cPanel but see the same problem.

I am running: Exim version 4.98.2 #2 built 27-May-2026 16:58:40
on Debian 13.

Exim was last updated on 2026-05-30 but I have only been seeing the problem in
the last 24 hours. Looking at dpkg.log the previous update was at 22.22 the day
before and the following were updated:

libglib2.0-0t64:amd64 2.84.4-3~deb13u3
libc-bin:amd64 2.41-12+deb13u3
