unspool_mbox and local_scan

I currently use an exim local_scan function and have also carried 
out some testing using exiscan-acl. I plan to use both together 
in the near future. My local_scan function breaks out a message 
in a similar way to exiscan (i.e. into an MBOX-like structure 
that is then 'demimed'). Clearly, it would be useful to me, and 
perhaps others who use both exiscan-acl and local_scan, if the 
exiscan unspool_mbox function was called after the local_scan 
code rather than before it.

I would be interested to know if Tom or anyone else has considered 
this and, if so, whether or not there any problems with it.
