Another active vexim user chiming in here. We've been using Vexim for several years on FreeBSD as well. I'm more on the sysadmin side but could possibly contribute some documentation to a new wiki if one were to arise. We use Mediawiki for our internal documentation and we have a fairly lengthly "Vexim on FreeBSD" article going already. I've submitted some updates and patches for a few various FreeBSD ports as well and I'd be willing to do this for the vexim FreeBSD port when it gets an update. In our environment we had to do several database tweaks to handle a migration from sendmail. We added a "legacyuser" field to vexim.users as well as SQL queries to auth based on this or the full username. Also links to our other customer databases to know which customer is associated with each domain. If things start rolling I'll put this information out there in case it is useful for anyone. We're also looking into offering Roundcube as our preferred webmail client (Instead of Horde), so hearing of the plugins mentioned earlier are a huge bonus.
