o=hosting is not hardwired anywhere.  That can be modified via the
config files.  There are some assumptions made about the structure
under the base dn.

base_dn
    +----jvd
    |     +--- postmaster
    |     +--- aliases/accounts
    +----jvd
          +--- postmaster

would the tree (and its elements) look like?
