This is way late, but I've been tied up for awhile.  You're forging new
ground by using Fedora DS instead of openldap.

I looked at it yesterday, but I got hung up by the ACI/ACL structure in
Fedora DS.  I need to translate jamm's requirements for openldap over, it
just hadn't clicked yet.  I need to do some more investigation.
