Heh. Funny you ask that; I regularly get mail from a list that has the
Subject: line encoded in UTF-8, which looks like this:

Subject: =?UTF-8?B?Q29tZWR5ICYgU3RlcHBpbmcgYXQgdGhlIFJlZ2VuY3kgV2VzdCAtIFdlZG5lc2RheSBOaWdodHMh?=

... and I have to (B)ounce it to a webmail-based account I have to know
what the heck this E-mail's about.

I once set the M-S-C charset to UTF-8 once, but since 99% of my mail
wasn't, things didn't look right.
