There is not an auto justify, though there is an obscure command to justify the whole message. If you run the Search command (^W) there will be a subcommand called (^U) FullJustify. So the keystrokes ^W ^U will justify the whole message. I think most people find they don't really want to do this very often and instead use ^J on individual paragraphs. ^J moves to the bottom of the paragraph it justifies so a series of ^J's will justify a series of paragraphs.
