The LMDB-1.0.0 mdb_drop regression is fixed. However, upgrading to
LMDB-1.0.1 is still problematic:

postfix/submission/smtpd[143471]: error: open database
/etc/mail/aliases.lmdb: MDB_INVALID: File is not an LMDB file

Basically, one has to recreate all the LMDB files as LMDB-1.0.1 does not
operate on LMDB-0.9 files by design.

Any chance of help from postfix for the data migration from LMDB-0.9 to
LMDB-1.0 format? Candidates for migration come from the same places
NONBERKELEYDB_README uses. This can be handled at the distro level but
still feels like solving it for everyone seems like something that can
be considered.
