I've not yet looked into it, but was under the impression that the netqmail package should be a drop-in replacement for the stock qmail sources. Iow, the user should not have to use patch himself. I didn't want to confuse this with the binary distrubution issue, but pointing these installer packages which float around to netqmail instead of stock qmail should solve at least half the problem. NB: I don't actually use netqmail yet... Best, --Toni++
