Thanks Jeff.  I don't do mail, so I'm totally weak over here.

I think it would be a big mistake to have mail support and questions
disappear from the newsgroups.  It doesn't matter if JT doesn't show up
nntp, but news is a valuable resource, as is a good faq.  The forum is
not a substitute for a good and dynamic faq or news, but it is useful
for its own purposes and to also bolster the functions of both..
