SpamCop Mail now uses SpamAssassin (SA) first and omits the blocklist
check if it can't have any effect.

This means the only way of seeing the full effect of the block lists is
to switch off SA for a few hours.

This is already done,  SA looks at URLs in the body and check them
against SURLBL (which gets its data from SC reports).

As noted, the SC BL entries expire so if the spamsource is rotated
elsewhere you will have to use other blocklists for effectiveness in
the first hours after reuse.

Blocklist brazil.blackholes.us seems to be working again, so maybe the
others will too. If you can check the IP addresses that slip through
then you may be able to tell us whether the problem is an incomplete
blocklist or a failed lookup of a correct blocklist.

For the record I quick reported 6883 spams in the month of December,
plus 67 that got though the filters and were full reported. There were
also about 70 goodmails plus 400 from 2 whitelisted mailing lists. No
non-spam was held. Ebay and paypal are blacklisted on this account, SA
level=3.
