The user doesn't get our response as expected, so he logs into his
account here to see what's going on, and is told that his account has
been suspended because our mail to him is bouncing.  Then he writes to
me about the problem.

The Return-Path on our system mail contains a code that ties the
message to the user account.  If it bounces, it's logged as a note on
his account so I can see it.
