I have gif_lib.h in /usr/local/include/, but I already tweak .configure with
this here
--with-db=/usr/local/lib CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include/db4
in order to use the system wide available BerkleyDB. How do I add anotuer
CPFLAGS?
