Change SQL Password plugin for SquirrelMail

This plugin has not been updated for a looong time and there are a few bugs.

I am willing to produce a new version.

What do I need to do to do that -- other than putting a tar file somewhere ?

I would also like to add another optional check in the appropriate hook - where
it could warn that password was about to expire - a message would be displayed
when a user first logs in.
