Filters gone?

I did two things today, apart from just reading and replying to my mail:

1) I imported messages from some old mbox files I had around, and

2) I unzip'ed some old MH folders into subdirectories of a mail folder I
had created with Sylpheed 0.8.11 Claws.

When I went back to reading new email, I discovered that all my filters
have disappeared.  I open Configuration->Filtering and it's empty.

Does anyone know why this might have happened?

Does anyone know how I might recover the filters?  Setting them up was a
pretty painstaking process.  What file should they be in?
