That's kind of the same argument, in reverse, that social security would be 
solvent if 1.3 million children hadn't been aborted every year since Roe v 
Wade.  Too many variables and too much speculation.

Do you have something specific in mind as an example of this?

Even Clinton agrees that at least Ryan is trying and worries that Democrats will 
do absolutely nothing to fix the problem withe medicare, but continue to 
demagogue it for the purpose of campaigning.  I'm all for Ryan's plan, but 
regardless of whether you agree with it or not you have to give him credit for 
the political courage to say what no one wants to hear.
