I am not actually, don't hang that on me.

I said that the fact he "may" have pointed a rifle at them means he shares
some responsibility for his being shot.

I said the scrutiny needs to be on WHY they decided to raid his house in the
first place, on the evidence used to justify the warrant.

And the fact that they have sealed all the affidavits and stuff really looks
bad on them.  That is guilt enough.

Not if you are acting lawfully. I realize that the why may influence that
answer in some situations but in this situation he was in his own home and
was doing nothing wrong.  And it was Karl that said details matter.  He was
trying to explain this all away just like you are.  ; - P  (I understand you
are not, but I can't help thinking everyone should be as engaged on this
issue as I am)
