Hello, "DCB" Wow - it sounds like you are doing everything correctly. After selecting a COMBI, then make sure the on/off button is lit (and adding the latch key as needed ) the thing should just start singing when you hit a key in the lower range. After you get it going, you can hit the REC/WRITE key and then F8/OK and next time you bring up that sound the KARMA function will be on and ready. I've had my "monster" only a couple months, and I'm printing off files at the first link below this message for my dummy manuals : ). Cheers! - keep us posted, Wayne dcb3269 <[email protected]> wrote: Hi, Having a hard time getting the auto karma to work. Next to tempo, it says ext.Don't I need to set a tempo for the karma funtion to work? I tried the karma at the store, when I would change programs and hit a key, a beat would start on its own so I would prss the on/off button next to the latch button to turn it off. How do I get to that setting? Going nuts!! No idea what Im doing. Thanks. Btw thanks for all the help you guys :) I need a manual made for dummies. --------------------------------- YAHOO!
