K2600RS Blue Screen but power and clock crystals good

My K2600RS, which I purchased as B stock in 2005 has had a couple of issues over the years.. 1 week after the warranty expired the backlight failed. Fixed that myself and unit has worked well since, until this summer. We had a power outage due to a couple of tornadoes in May and I found that the K2600RS would not boot up for a LONG time. It would sit with a blue screen and no text display for about 15-20 minutes and then eventually boot up. The second time I shut it down was to replace the battery for the PRAM. It took the same 15-20 minutes to get past the blue screen to actually boot up. I've left it running (on UPS and line conditioner) ever since. Today, I came into the studio and the display info was gone and only the blue screen backlight was visible. If I power down and power up, after a delay, I hear the hard drive spin up and head seeking, but the display remains blue/blank. I pulled the unit from the rack and brought it to my shop where I disassembled partly and checked power. 5V and 3V lines were good. Crystal Y1 was oscillating at the correct frequency. Crystal Y2 was also oscillating at correct frequency. I've tried to go down the rest of the list on page 5-9 of the service manual, but could not find U10 and suspect it's hidden under another board. The SM has no board layout showing where is should be either. Any other ideas besides checking connections, which I did pretty much throughout? I'm running out of ideas.
