Just out of curiosity, John, are you using single coils or humbucking
pickups? My feeling is that any extra noise or hum is going to affect the
tracking results.

I just built a dedicated PC to run Jam Origin.=C2=A0 I'm now runnin=
g my
PG380's midi to one Roland synth and its straight pickup output
through the computer running Jam Origin to another Roland synth and
Jam Origin is almost perfect.=C2=A0 So much so that my GK's and Axo=
ns and
Roland converters, and everything else will be up for sale soon.=C2=A0
I've even run the PG380 through my POG down one octave into Jam
Origin's Bass Guitar Midi and it's almost perfect too.=C2=A0 Th=
e setup's
kind of bulky but I built the computer into a rack case and it just
flits into my rack.=C2=A0 I've modified the computer's operatin=
g system
to only run necessary processes and it's not connected to the
internet.=C2=A0 The input is a Tascam 2X2 and the midi out is via M-Aud=

MIDISPORT straight into a Roland JV-1010.=C2=A0 Being a computer
engineer, I plan to build it all into one portable box but for now,
and just at home, it works just fine the way it is.=C2=A0 I've neve=
