That sounds good... use the hold-down to trigger that mode. Time
elapsed/remaining is still probably something people will want to see on
the DISP button...

As you might be able to tell, I'm all for context-sensitive button
reuse as long as it doesn't cause undo stress to the operator. I totally
agree on the nav vs execute decision that seems to be comming out of
these discussions. :)

I'm easy on this too. I don't recall more than a handful of times where
I've done that with a CD. It's definitely a nice to have... but probably
not up in the top 5 list of new features for me.
