There can be maybe 15 different sets of files queued, but one of them
will not download to the root directory. 

It happened again since this was posted. 
You know how BNR lists all the files in a set on a single line, and
then sometimes, for reasons unknown to me, a group of files that
should be on a single line has each file on a separate line. In both
instances the files that would not download to the root were files
that were listed that way.
