:( Hmm! altbinz is fast becoming my preference for NZB files.

Thanks for all that have contributed to BNR in a positive attitude over the years, but I am beginning to think that it is time to move on.

take care

john

            Thanks Dave

I have used BNR for so long now and it works so easy. I did take a look at NZBGet, but not sure whether I will be able to use it. However I have just found another program that looks like it does the same thing as NZBGet, but is very simple to use.

Altbinz       http://www.altbinz. net/

I have just downloaded a small 173 mb file and it did it very well without too many resources etc. It did not download any of the par files. Might just around with this program for the time being.

John

It's not a bad idea, however, development for BNR2/3 has all but stopped

at this time.

I've moved over to NZBGet for my NZB downloads, among other things, it

handles PAR2 files automatically. It will grab the index file as part

of the download, test the files and then download the number of PAR2

files needed to complete the download, and even automatically rebuild.
