Hi, All I could add to that is a Perl module that can be used to fetch data from the Nagios status log into Cricket. It parses the status log and looks at the (more or less) free-form output of the nagios plugins. We use it to transport a lot of data (e.g. Several tomcat values, read by a plugin that uses jvmstat), or several Apache values. The nice thing is that this allows for retrieving of several values for Nagios AND Cricket with one single Nagios plugin call. It requires cricket and nagios to run on the same box and is currently only tested in our environment here.
