disk graphs

Howdy..

On all my I can monitor CPU Load, memory and network traffic etc ok but 
disks do not display graph.  It was working recently but no record of 
what was changed prior to breaking. Extracts from my cofigs are below.

Any constructive assistance would be greatfully accepted.
