Fix for Posadis 0.60.x resolver crashes

A bug was reported in Posadis 0.60.1 for Windows that caused the resolver part 
of Posadis to crash when looking up certain domain names. You can read the 
bug report here[1]. Today, a security advisory[2] has been released as a 
work-in-progress to keep track of the scope of, and workarounds and fixes for 
this problem. This document describes a few workarounds that will probably 
stop the Posadis crashes. The cause of this problem is as of yet unknown, and 
a definitive fix for this problem will be made available on Posadis.org as 
soon as possible.
