Cortex test kit now in bleeding

Heya,
	I've just written up a small test kit for the eb-lite core, called cortex. It 
can now be found, along with pretty complete documentation, in the 
core/cortex directory.

	I don't actually have any useful tests written yet - just enough to be sure 
the test kit works - but there's documentation out there if people are 
interested in doing one up...anyone? It will probably involve creating a set 
of custom accounts with small, known contact lists (to provide the 
determinism this simple test kit needs), and setting up a test which runs 
from a blank core (using --config-dir to specify an empty directory for the 
config), adding all the local accounts and contacts necessary, testing that 
send and receive work, and generally putting various modules through their 
paces. Don't suppose I have any volunteers, do I? *hopeful grin*
