Right, that's essentially how max flow works: if I've downloaded 10 MB from 
Alice and 20 MB from Bob then it doesn't matter whether they collude and 
falsely claim to have downloaded 100 GB from each other: the max flow to 
either one will be 20 MB.

Cool, in that case I guess it might be beneficial to create longer-term 
identities.
