So there is a difference between the two types of files. No, there isn't. Windows will allow you to create files with all upper-case letters (ie. TEST.TXT), with all lower-case letters (ie. test.txt) or with mixed-case letters (ie. Test.Txt). However, Windows does not distinguish between capitalization...it will treat "TEST.TXT" and "Test.Txt" as being the *same* file.
