No, there isn't.  Windows will allow you to create files with all
upper-case letters (ie. TEST.TXT), with all lower-case letters (ie.
test.txt) or with mixed-case letters (ie. Test.Txt).  However, Windows does
not distinguish between capitalization...it will treat "TEST.TXT" and
"Test.Txt" as being the *same* file.  Only *real* operating systems (like
Unix, Linux and others) distinguish between capitalization, treating
"TEST.TXT" and "Test.Txt" as *different* files.
