Personally I think that if we trust the EB with a veto for
most major decisions then we should also trust that they
can manage themselves ;)

It would in some ways be nice to have an elected EB, but also
Blitzed isn't very large and I'm not even sure how many people
would be willing to be on the EB (and out of those people how
many would be suitable candidates).

Maybe an idea would be to have one position on the EB where
the person in it rotates every year.

And finally, I'm not sure it matters how long people have been
serving on EB, stability is a good thing.
