Two Myrinet PCI Interfaces inside one node in a cluster

I have set up a 4 node cluster, wherein each node
contains a Myrinet PCI interface and all the nodes are
connected to a Myrinet switch. 
Is it possible to have two Myrinet PCI interfaces per
node? If yes, will such a setup increase performance,
as compared to having a single interface per node? Is
there any documentation regarding this on the Myricom
website?
